The Wolinski National Park is located by the river Odra's estuary. It is characterized by the cliff shore, 15 km long, 95 m high.

One of the biggest and youngest national parks in Poland. It is located in the northern part of Puszcza Augustowska, the biggest woodland in the Northern European Lowlands. Almost the whole area of the Wigierski National Park is situated in the Czarna Hancza river plain.

The Wielkopolski National Park is one of the most attractive area in the Poznan's neighbourhood. Five tourist routes, 85 km long, varied when the difficulty is taken into consideration, lead through the park.
The park is located on the Polish-Slovak border. For its unique character, in 1993, the Tatrzanski National Park had been signed into the UNESCO Biospheres' Preservation Areas list.

The park, located in the central part of the Swietokrzyskie Mountains, embraces: Lysogor mountain range (with its highest peaks - Lysica - 612 metres above the sea level and Lysa Gora - 595 metres above the sea level), parts of the Klonowskie mountain range (with Psarska and Miejska mountains), Wilkowska Valley and Debnianska Valley, as well as two enclaves - Chelmowa Mountain and Serwis Forest.

The park is located in the central part of the Polish coast, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. In 1977 it was included by UNESCO to the World Biosphere Preservation Areas' network.

The Roztoczanski National Park is located in the middle-eastern part of Poland, in the Lublin Voivodeship. It embraces the most precious areas of Roztocze. The main body of water of the Central Roztocze and the park itself is represented by the river Wieprz.

Located in the eastern Poland, in the Lublin Voivodeship, it embraces the terrains located on the Leczynsko-Wlodawska Plain, numerous swamps, bogs and karst lakes as well as natural woodlands.

The Pieninny Mountains are a part of the Pieniny's rock stripe, 550 km long, separating the Outer and Inner Carpathians. In the south they border on the Magura Spiska mountain range, in the north - on Gorce and Beskid Sadecki.

It is located in the southern Poland, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. It includes a part of the Krakowsko-Czestochowska Highland. The most important objects of the park are the Pradnik River's plains and Saspowska Valley.
